If your employees cannot see their absences in their mobile app or in the web version on the PC, or if the app crashes as soon as the employee clicks on the absence page, please proceed as follows:
Have you recorded absences for the employee?
To allow employees to see absences in their app, you must have activated them through the admin interface.Understanding and Setting Up Absences
Here you will find some important notes for setting up absences.
❗️Is everything correctly recorded? Then look at step 2:Are the permissions correct?
First, check if the permissions are correctly recorded.
To do this, go to Settings > Permissions > Employee in the admin interface and click on Edit.
Then scroll to the Absences section and check the box for the setting Access to an employee's absence page in the Personal column.
Don't forget to save!
Then ask your employees to close and reopen their app.
❗️Do employees still have problems with the absence page? Then look at step 3:Are employees using the latest app version?
The employee app is updated regularly to fix minor or major bugs. Therefore, it is important that employees also update their app regularly.
Employees can easily check if they are using the latest app version in the App or Play Store. They simply search for the app PeoplePro and click on the app. It will then indicate whether an update is available or not.
If employees are using the web version and have errors, ask them to clear their browser cache and try again.
❗️ Is the app up to date and the cache cleared, but the error persists?
Then send us an error report via the orange button at the bottom right and then via Report Error. We will be happy to look into it with you to find out where the error might be.
